A turnkey service
With over three factories across Hull and Wakefield, we have an annual capacity of 5000 units. We’ll work with you on bespoke designs to suit individual client needs and with our finance partners, we can provide flexible finance solutions for your projects.
Our modular and portable buildings are manufactured offsite so construction isn’t impacted by weather changes or other site issues. Utilising BIM and a controlled manufacturing process, we build to a much higher standard than a traditional build.
We undertake a strict quality control process throughout the entire process ensuring we deliver high-quality, sustainable products. From the design stage, we monitor and improve quality through the RIBA Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), providing guidance to the design team in simplifying the product structure. This reduces costs, improves efficiency and quantifies improvements.
Not only does this help reduce waste and improve sustainability, it also improves the quality of the build. Nothing leaves the factory unless it’s been signed off and approved, meaning durable, lifetime buildings.
