External Walls - Fully galvanised structural steel panels 1.25mm thick, internally braced and lined with 1.20mm galvanised steel.
Floors - Cement particle board, fixed to 1.25mm thick interlocking loadbearing, fully galvanised steel floor trays and insulated with 80mm non-combustible and Kingspan glass wool fibre. This continuous underdrawn deck is supported on heavy duty longitudinal galvanised steel beams cross-braced at approximately 1.5 metres centres.
Roofs - Heavy duty fully galvanised and mechanically interlocking 1.25mm thick structural steel panels, riveted, bonded and sealed with polyurethane adhesive, internally lined with 1.20mm galvanised steel, cavity insulated with 150mm non-combustible glass wool fibre. Rainwater is discharged at corners via a galvanised steel guttering system to which optional extra PVC or anti-vandal rainwater down pipes can be simply fitted.
Doors - External doors are constructed from double skinned 1.25mm thick galvanised steel and fully insulated. Each outward opening door is hung on a zinc plated full height "piano" hinge and fitted with a five lever cylinder mortice lock with thumb turn, satin anodised aluminium lever door furniture.
Internal Finishings (Typical 2 team changing)
Walls - Attractive, easy to clean laminate faced boards are fitted as standard, including communal team showers and official areas.
Floors - Extra duty seam welded anti-static marbled vinyl sheeting adhered to floor decking in changing, toilet and official areas.
Skirtings - Coved vinyl skirtings are fitted throughout.
Ceilings - Attractively treated with a decorative paint finish to blend with the wall colour.
External Finishings
Walls - Agrément certified texture coat spray applied to external surfaces followed by a coat of spray applied semi-gloss fast enamel to BS 4800. Optional finishings available include brick tiles and plastic coated steel.
Trims - Window frames (when specified), door, fascias and skirting in contrasting colour to BS 4800.
Plumbing Installation
Toilets - White vitreous china WC with concealed PVC automatic side entry cistern complete with push button flush and PVC seat and cover. Venting is by means of automatic air admittance valve.
Hand Basins - Wall mounted 350mm x 250mm white vitreous china wash hand basins
Showers - Anti-vandal shower heads fitted with one on/off tap per pair of showers.
Electrical Installation
Lighting - 100 watt high level wall mounted polycarbonate bulkhead lights, operated from a common switch located in the officials room.
Heating - 2kw fan assisted convector room heaters.
Mechanical Ventilation - A 225mm diameter extractor fan with closing louvres and external weatherproof cowl located at high level in each team change shower area. A 100mm diameter extractor fan is located at high level in the officials' room.
Natural Ventilation - Permavents located at high level in the external walls.
Frost Protection - Dedicated, tamper proof, low temperature thermostats located at high level activate the room heaters.
Hot Water - To each shower head provided by 7kw instantaneous water heater controlled from a 45amp neon indicator switch.
Internal Fittings and Equipment
Toilets - Cubicle fronts are constructed using an attractive, easy to clean melamine laminate system with matching doors. Each cubicle is fitted with toilet roll holder, coat hook and indicator bolt.
Service Area - This secure area contains the electrical consumer unit and central controls for both sets of team showers. All concealed pipework is suitably insulated.
Officials Area - A diabled shower and toilet complete with curtain rail, curtain, WC, bench seat and aluminium coat hooks are fitted as standard.
Bench Seating - Easy to clean powder coated steel secured with floor mounted brackets. Alternatively, stained slatted softwood bench seating is available on request. Aluminium coat hooks are mounted above the bench seating on a pre-finished steel coat rail.
Mirrors - 400mm x 600mm wall mounted above each wash hand basin.
