Surespan buildings provide a cost effective alternative for buildings of up to three storeys, with an almost unlimited floor area, lending themselves to expansion, contraction and relocation.

Designed and manufactured to meet British Building Regulations, Surespan buildings provide attractive accommodation of the highest quality, available at a fraction of the time and at a much lower cost than traditional building methods.

Internal layouts and fittings provide comprehensive flexibility, making the system ideal for offices, classrooms, community centres, specialist hospital facilities, sports changing rooms and more.

Composition and manufacture - all galvanised steel construction for long term durability and corrosion protection.

Size and weight - unit sizes range from 2.4m wide and extend in 610mm increments up to 18.30m clear span. Ceiling heights are available up to 3.60m (2.40m standard). Modules can be linked end to end, side to side, and multi-storey. Standard unit widths are 2.40m,3.01m and 3.68m.

Appearance - a variety of external finishes are available; brick leaf, brick tile, plastic coated or galvanised steel. Standard external finish is texture coat onto galvanised sheet steel with clients' optional colour from the BS 4800 colour range. Pitched roof options are also available in a variety of finishes.

Siteworks - modules are delivered to site virtually ready for use, following simple site linking and service connections.
A full single source design and build service is available which includes local authority applications, service arrangements and groundworks.
