Surespace prefabricated cabins are self contained buildings, specifically designed to provide quick and easy accommodation for the widest range of applications, including commerce and industry, schools, hospitals and local authorities.

The units can be double stacked and linked to provide the additional space required. With a comprehensive range of optional extras and fittings the steel based Surespace concept gives years of reliable service with low maintenance.

Composition and manufacture - Surespace, Suresport and Sureguard buildings are manufactured from galvanised steel for long term durability and corrosion resistance.

Size and weight - Modular Surespace building spans range from 2.4m and extend in 610mm increments up to 18.3m clear span enabling a flexibility of internal design. Ceiling heights are available up to 3.6m. Modules can be linked side to end, end to end, side to side and multi-storey by use of interlocking corridors. Standard unit widths are 2.4, 3.01 and 3.68m Non-standard widths can be manufactured subject to request.

Appearance - a variety of external finishes are available; brick leaf, brick tile, plastic coated or galvanised steel. Standard external finish is either semi-gloss paint for Sureguard or texture coat galvanised sheet steel with a clients' optional colour from the BS 4800 colour range to Surespace and Surespan. Pitched roof options are also available in a variety of finishes.

Siteworks - buildings are delivered to site ready for use, following simple service connections. For larger linked or stacked complexes a full installation package can be provided.

A full single source design and build service is available which includes local authority applications, service arrangements and groundworks.
