External Finishings

External Walls

Fully galvanised structural steel panels 1.25mm thick internally braced, lined and insulated. Acrylic resin based texture coat spray applied to external surfaces

Floors

Agrement certified moisture resistant high density tongued and grooved flooring grade orientated strand board, or optional cement particle board, fixed to 1.25mm thick interlocking loadbearing, fully galvanised steel floor trays and insulated with combustible glass wool fibre and rigid urethane.

Roofs

Self supporting 1.25mm thick fully galvanised and mechanically interlocking structural steel panels, riveted, bonded and sealed with polyurethane adhesive and cavity insulated. Rainwater is collected by means of integral galvanised steel guttering on all four sides of the unit.

Doors

External doors are constructed from double skinned galvanised steel and fully insulated. Each outward opening door is hung on a zinc plated full height “piano” hinge and fitted with either one or two five lever mortice deadlocks.

Internal Finishings

Walls

attractive, easy to clean laminate faced boards, are fitted as standard, including communal shower areas, when specified.

Floors

extra duty seam welded anti-static marbled vinyl sheeting adhered to floor decking in changing and toilet areas.
Non-slip vinyl sheeting with seam welded 100mm deep flush fitting PVC coving is applied in communal shower areas, when specified.

Plumbing Installation

Toilets

white vitreous china wc with concealed PVC automatic side entry cistern complete with lever flush and PVC seat and cover. Venting is by means of automatic air admittance valve.

Hand Basins

wall mounted 450mm x 300mm white vitreous china wash hand basins complete with cold water supply spray pillar tap only.

Showers

anti-vandal shower heads fitted with on/off tap when specified.

Urinals

white vitreous enamel wall mounted with chrome plate sparge pipes and high level plastic cisterns.
