The Sureguard product range has been developed to offer a wide choice of security accommodation and storage units.

Structural Reliability

The extensive use of non-combustible Galvatite steel illustrates our commitment to quality and long life durability. This advanced zinc-rich self-healing material acts as the structural cladding in the wall and roof construction and in folded section provides the floor and ceiling joists.

Its most important characteristic is its ability to resist corrosion, even after the galvanised surface is chipped or scratched. In so doing it supplies the strength and engineering precision advantages of steel while eliminating its principal drawback-oxidisation.

Foundations - Standard foundation designs are available for each size of building.

Thermal Insulation - Roof and wall cavities are insulated with non combustible glass wool fibre. Floor insulation is optional.

Standard Internal Finishing - options available

Walls - Embossed vinyl wall covering laminated to 12.5mm plasterboard lining and offering Class 0 Fire Rating fitted as standard.

Floors - Heavy duty flexible sheet vinyl floor covering with continuously welded joints bonded to flooring boards is laid as standard.

Ceilings - Embossed vinyl covering laminated to 12.5mm plasterboard lining and offering Class 0 Fire Rating fitted as standard.

External Finishings

A Zinc rich galvanic primer is applied to all external mild steel surfaces and weld areas. Fully galvanised panels are spray coated with mid grey semi-gloss fast enamel to BS4800 with trims including skirting, jack legs and fascia in contrasting dark grey to BS4800.

Electrical Installation - Fluorescent lights, twin 13 amp switched socket outlets, a light switch, consumer unit and earth leakage circuit breakers are fitted as standard.

Jack Legs

Individually adjustable and removable telescopic jack legs are fitted to facilitate ease of levelling and double stacking. A certified triangular steel lifting ring is welded to the top of each jack leg for crane handling using four-leg slings and bow shackles to BS 6994. Eyebolts fitted to units in excess of 26kn.
