Structural Reliability

The extensive use of non-combustible Galvatite steel illustrates our commitment to quality and long life durability.

One of the most important characteristics is its ability to resist corrosion, even after the galvanised surface is chipped or scratched.

Thermal Insulation

Roof and wall cavities are insulated with non combustible glass wool fibre. Floor insulation is expanded polystyrene.

Internal Finishings

Walls - Embossed vinyl wall covering laminated to 12.5mm plasterboard lining.

Floors - Heavy duty flexible sheet vinyl floor covering with continuously welded joints bonded to flooring boards is laid as standard.

Ceilings - Embossed vinyl wall covering laminated to 12.5mm plasterboard lining and offering Class 0 Fire Rating fitted as standard.

Electrical Installation

Fluorescent lights, twin 13 amp switched socket outlets, a light switch, consumer unit and earth leakage circuit breakers are fitted as standard.

External Finish

A zinc rich galvanic primer is applied to all eternal mild steel surfaces and weld areas. Fully galvanised panels are spray coated with mid grey semi-gloss fast enamel to BS4800 with trims including skirting and fascia in contrasting dark grey to BS4800.
